These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Kontra Ltd, trading as Kontra Jewellery ("Kontra Jewellery", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

We specialise in handcrafted, custom-made jewellery.

As each item is individually made:

• Slight variations in colour, size, texture, gemstone appearance, and finish may occur.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only.
• We make every effort to accurately display our products, but colours may vary depending on your device.

Custom-made jewellery is created according to your specifications.

By placing a custom order, you confirm that:

• All measurements, engravings, names, dates, and design details supplied are accurate.
• Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
• We reserve the right to refuse designs that infringe intellectual property rights or are otherwise unlawful.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.

Delivery charges will be shown during checkout.

Payment must be made in full before production or dispatch.

We accept secure online payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been successfully authorised.

After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email.

This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where:

• Payment cannot be authorised.
• Product information contains obvious errors.
• Fraud is suspected.
• The requested design cannot reasonably be produced.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidance only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Couriers
• Customs
• Supply shortages
• Events outside our reasonable control

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership remains with us until payment has been received in full.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or custom-made goods are generally exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right.

Unless faulty, damaged, or not as described, custom-made jewellery cannot be returned simply because you change your mind.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us within a reasonable time after receiving your order.

Where appropriate, we may:

• repair the item;
• replace it; or
• provide a refund.

If you require repairs outside your legal rights, repair services may be available for an additional charge.

Repair times will vary depending on the work required.

All website content, including:

• photographs;
• jewellery designs;
• logos;
• branding;
• graphics;
• text; and
• product descriptions,

is owned by or licensed to Kontra Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied or reproduced without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• misuse the website;
• interfere with its operation;
• upload malicious software;
• attempt unauthorised access;
• use the website for unlawful purposes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to applicable law, we shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential losses;
• loss of profits;
• business interruption;
• loss of data.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, government action, pandemics, or supplier failures.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on this website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
